As Pax Christi is not exactly peaceful (rather turbulent in fact; Luke 25), and Pax Americana is not peaceful at all, the contradictions of  Pax Lupo reflect what seems to me to be a rendering of the world that is nuanced to infinite complexity; a world both conflicted and reconciled.

It is a rendering of serenity and violence, of prey and predation, of silence and howl, of solitude and society, each with the other as aspects of what is. They are not the same, they are not opposites, but together, as Peace is sister to both Order and Justice.
